Newlong industrial Part Number 305052 is an oil seal that is on the bottom of the secundary oil bath compartment which holds the Needle Bar and the small and the Big Presserfoot and is used in the japanese Newlong Industrial DS-9C and compatible Machines. The Seal is installed on the bottom of the oil bath Sandwiched between the casing of the machine and spare part 305042 Upper Face plate prevents oil from the secondary oil bath to leak and get out on the material or to get ‘product’ into the oil bath
The seal is made of flexible material. In addition some Flexible Sealer needs to be applied such as Locktite.
To access the needle bar and presser bars seal 305052 needs to be removed.
