Newlong industrial Part Number D04016 is an oil seal that is used in the japanese Newlong Industrial DS-9C and compatible Machines. The Seal is installed on the front and the back of the small presser foot bar and on the front and back from the bog presserfoot bar. The oil Seal D04016 prevents oil from the secondary oil bath to get out or material (product) to get into the oil bath
The seal is made of flexible material and has a round spring inside.
Due to Friction, dirt and corrosive materials the seals can wear and tear the oil starts to leak and needs to be replaced.
