The Fischbein model 100, 200, 101 and 201 can be equipped with 3 different knife systems. Standard the knife is a continues cutting knife (guilletine style knife or also called shear knife). Other options are:

Fischbein Empress 100: 2 needle 4 thread

  • Pressurized self-lubricating system with external oil filter.
  • Sealed in oil against dust, dirt and foreign particles.
  • Gear oil pump.
  • Variable pulley for an easy synchronisation with the conveyor speed.
  • Twin needle version (4 threads): double stitch type 401
  • Produces 2 sewn lines on the bag. The stitches between the two lines are offset to further minimize/eliminate sifting of product through the sewn closure.
  • Chain cutting: shear type knife.
