For plain and fold-over closures:
BC111P11-1 Pneumatic “jump-out” knives automatically cut thread chain at end of sewing cycle. For use with photoelectric cell to start and stop closing operation. (Photocell is included with column or sold separately.)

  • Two-thread double locked chainstitch machine, automatic version, corresponding to style 80800 RLZ26, 1.01.01 / 401 (ISO 4916 / 4915), 401 SSa-1 (Federal Standard No. 751a – USA)
  • Start-stop: photo eye (included with new column or sold separately)
  • Thread chain cutter: automatically with electro-pneumatically operated jump out scissors
BC111P12-1 Same as BC111P11, except start and stop by feeler controlled proximity switch. -1A for 220V, -1B for 110V, -1M for 24V DC.
BC111P01-1 Features built-in, continuous-running thread chain cutting knives.
Thread chain pusher kit is optional.
