Why does my shipment take such a long time to be deliverd?
If your part or machine is not available for immidiate delivery the Newlong factory in Japan. They either have it in stock or they start producing it. |
When I check I always see 2 Newlongs. Howcome?
There are 2 Newlongs. Before 2002 they where 1 company. In 2001 the company split up into Newlong Industrial Co. (NLI) and Newlong Machine Works. Both companies deliver excellent products which in many cases are the same similar products with the same productnumber etc. Newlong Machine Works has discontinued some machines which are still available though with Newlong Industrial (NLI). Parts for the machines are interchangable and of the same high quality you expect from both Newlongs. We represent Newoing Industrial. |
Are all the Machines and parts made in Japan?
Newlong Industrial (NLI) produces everything in Japan. Newlong does not produce Parts or Machines in China. |
